Dear Mates, I have been working in the Bank for more than three years. This bank's owners (especially Mr. Md. Shabuddin) are too much employee adverse. To be honest, the colleagues of the bank are also inefficient and inexpert. Its' policies are different from all other banks which are being operated in the country. thanks
