BRAC Bank sets automated Queue Management at Banani branch

Dr. Hafiz GA Siddiqi, Director, and Syed Mahbubur Rahman, Managing Director and CEO of BRAC Bank Limited, inaugurate queue management system at Banani branch in Dhaka recently.

BRAC Bank launched automated queue management system at branch network for smooth and faster delivery of their services to the customers.

The system is launched as part of the bank’s commitment to provide ‘Delightful Customer Experience’ to its customers, said a press release.
