Bank Ltd, presides over the 27th AGM of the bank at Diploma Engineering
Institution at Kakrail in Dhaka on Saturday.
Rupali
Bank Limited (RBL) approved 10 percent bonus share for its shareholders for
the year 2012.
The approval came at the 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM)
of the bank at Diploma Engineering Institution, Kakrail in Dhaka yesterday,
said a press release.
Dr. Ahmed Al Kabir, Chairman of the bank,
presided over the meeting.

Syful Islam FCA, FCMA, Md Ashiqul Hoque Chawdhury, Advocate Sattyendra Chandra
Bhakta, Mohiuddin Faruqui,
Directors of the Board, Kazi Morshed Hossain Kamal,
Ex-director, Md Nasir Uddin Ahmed, Government representative and Deputy
Secretary, Bhismadev Mondal, Deputy Managing Director, and General Managers
of the bank attended the function.
